What we store

Your account: name, email address, and your password as an unreadable hash. We never see your password.
Profile photo: optional. Your browser shrinks it and removes hidden details such as where it was taken before uploading it. It is stored with your account on our server and shown only to you.
What you do here: which Codes, Courses and places you have opened or completed, what you have saved, and anything you write in a journal prompt.
Body Signal Log: as a member, you can save a Body Signal Map check-in: where in your body you notice something, what it feels like, what is around you, what might help next, and any words you type. It is saved only when you press SAVE, with your account on our own server. Only you can see it. We never analyse, share or sell it, and it is never sent to our AI provider. Because it can say something about your wellbeing, we treat it as sensitive and keep it only when you choose to save it.
Streak: to count your day streak as a member, we keep which hours of which days you practised: playing a Code, starting or completing a Lesson, or saving a Body Signal check-in. This is kept with your account and deleted with it.
Life Force and cards: Life Force points are counted from what you have already done here: Codes played, Lessons completed, and days you saved a check-in. Nothing new is collected for this. Collector cards you unlock with Life Force are kept in your Vault with your account.
Purchases: what you bought, when, and the amount. Card details never reach YOU.0 — payment is handled by our payment provider on their own page.
Email sign-ups: if you ask for a guide or join the newsletter, we keep that email address and what you were interested in.
Basic analytics: a short list of meaningful events (a Code opened, a course completed) tied to your account or an anonymous id. No third-party advertising trackers.
Visit counts: newhumanera.com is delivered through Cloudflare, with Cloudflare Web Analytics switched on. Cloudflare adds a small script from static.cloudflareinsights.com to every page. It sends Cloudflare anonymous visit counts and page-speed measurements: which page was visited, the page you came from, browser and device type, country, and how fast the page loaded. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and does not fingerprint or track individuals. We only see totals. It is not used for advertising.
COMPASS: when our assistant answers with AI, your question and earlier messages in that conversation are sent to Anthropic to write the answer. YOU.0 doesn't store them. Anthropic deletes them within 30 days (longer only if flagged for misuse) and doesn't train on them. Conversations are saved only in your browser on your device until you delete them. Please don't include personal or health details.

Cookies

you0_sid: keeps you signed in (30 days).
you0_aid: an anonymous id that protects forms (until the browser closes).
you0_focus: remembers you've seen today's card (36 hours).
you0_guest: a random key set only when someone who isn't signed in plays the free Code, so their progress can carry into a new account (until the browser closes; the server deletes what it kept after 30 days).
you0_form: carries an error message back after a sign-in or sign-up is refused (2 minutes).

Nothing is shared with advertisers.

Cloudflare's visit counting sets no cookies.

Your choices

You can change your name and email, and delete your account, under MY YOU.0 → Account. Deleting an account removes your progress and saved items. Newsletter emails carry an unsubscribe link.

You can delete one Body Signal entry or all of them, and remove your profile photo, at any time. Your Body Signal entries and profile photo are also deleted with your account.

Backups of the whole site are kept for up to 30 days, so deleted things leave them within 30 days.
