Alchemical Transcendance™ Through Sound, Toning, Chakra Movement and Journal Art

Discover how toning, moving, singing and body awareness can increase energy, reduce stress and create well-being. We begin the journey through the inner world with vocal vibration and body awareness for nervous system regulation, relaxation and energy flow. You will be guided through simple structures designed to free soul language through the body, voice and Journal Art. (PLEASE BRING A JOURNAL OF YOUR CHOICE).
Live sound tones and rhythms will support Group Motion (movement to guided imagery), celebrating community through the language of chakra dance. Anyone can speak and understand this language, as we create a ritual space for building community within self and with others. As we speak the language of the soul through sound and movement, we open our vision to create the world we want.
